Here’s one of the days from our sample Vail itinerary:
7:00am: Start off with a hearty breakfast at your rental - you’re going to need the energy for the day’s adventures.
9:00am: Go rent those ski bikes – part bike, part skis and all fun! Europeans have been using ski bikes to traverse snowy mountains since the 1850s. Insider Tip: Ski biking is an exciting way to schuss down the mountain without the leg and knee pain sometimes associated with skiing.
1:00pm: Grab lunch at Pepi’s – a Vail favorite for its sunny deck and rich local history.
2:30pm: Hop back on those bikes and head up the mountain for the afternoon. Don’t forget; Vail Mountain features more than 5,200 acres, so there’s plenty to explore!
4:00pm: End your afternoon with some refreshments at The Red Lion, and enjoy great, live entertainment. Then, head back to your rental to get ready for your last night in Vail.
6:30pm: Head out for a special dinner at Matsuhisa, where sushi is treated like an art form. Insider Tip: Try the “Omakase” – the chef’s choice menu featuring the freshest and most interesting dishes of the day.
9:30pm: Snuggle up in the living room with some hot chocolate. Have everyone share their favorite vacation moments from the day.
