Vacation is inherently meant to be a relaxing experience, but hours spent seated in the car or on a plane can leave you needing a bit of unwinding before your vacation can officially begin. If you’re feeling stiff, try a few easy yoga poses for relaxation you can do at home or at your vacation rental:

Easy Seated Position

First things first – let’s breathe. Sit in a comfortable cross-legged position with your hands resting on your knees, palms facing up toward the sky. Close your eyes and bring your focus to your breath. Take six deep breaths, focusing on inhaling for a count of three to five seconds and exhaling for a count of three to five seconds, pausing for a second in between.
